Growing up a military brat in both Virginia & London, England, I struggled with many things - but disordered eating was the most costly! In addition to suffering from low self-esteem, I was a bonafide Tom-boy and a little "rough" on the edges. I desperately wanted confidence, beauty & friends but did not know where to find it!

I went to college & found my obsession over food could actually be a career in Dietetics. Don't they say that Psychology majors are trying to cure themselves? Well, it can be true for nutritionists, too! Thankfully, God was my protector and helped me develop a better relationship with food. I knew I wanted to do that for others, too.

I earned a Direct Commission as a U.S. Army Officer & studied at Walter Reed Medical Center in D.C. I loved serving my country since my father emigrated to America and served in the Navy; I wanted to give back for the freedom we were lucky to get.

So here I was, trying to learn how to be a professional woman in a male-dominated environment. It wasn't going very well! I I had a face full of acne, low confidence, little people skills, few girlfriends & ignorance to what a "hot mess" I really was! Subconsciously I thought I had to be more tough like a man to get ahead which did not help. Plus, in today's world, you really can't let people know where you are struggling since they'll use it against you, right? You'll look weak. So I kept it in.

I was searching for something but I didn't quite know what it was....until I went to a Mary Kay party!

I believe in God-winks. When my friend JoAnna took me under her wing, I knew my life was finally set on the right course! I found a desire to help people feel more beautiful, confident, healthy, wealthy & wise. I incorporated what I was learning from building my business into my patient care & started to say hear many clients become empowered & finally say "NO!" to harmful & draining relations, jobs they despised, situations they were fearful to take action on, as they transformed into a more confident woman. I love supporting more women outside of healthcare with my MK business! It's also fun & very rewarding to develop more intimate relationships with incredible women. My career opportunity has allowed me to "have my cake & eat it, too" without sacrificing being there for my family.

I'm most proud of my 25 year marriage to a career military spouse, raising mentally strong & hard-working young adults - one serving our great nation today - my volunteer leadership in my church & local communities, my 800+ fico score, my healthy habits & work ethic, and last but certainly not least, my many supportive clients & fans around the world! I can't wait to find out your dreams & passions and support you, too.
